THE AIRPLANE

Teaches balance, trust and coordination. Many times when I ask a student to let go of their horn and reins to do the airplane, they hesitate and sometimes say “I can’t!”…but within a matter of minutes they prove to themselves that THEY CAN and I see empowerment overcome their face.
